Winter at Havington Hall

Following the publishing of my two books, 'Lakeland Penscapes' and 'Capturing the Cotswolds', and early retirement, in October 2005, from a career in retail management, I have pursued my interest and passion for watercolour painting.

The result of all this activity has now led to my first solo exhibition where I have collected together
200 original works
, which include a selection of original line drawings from 'Capturing the Cotswolds', water colours of Scotland, The Lakes, The Cotswolds, Cornwall, some local scenes and a variety of other places.
In addition to the original works there will be a selection of Penscape prints.
Much of the work will be for sale, however, some exhibits come from my private collection.

Prices for line drawings:
£95 unframed, £135 and £145 framed. Watercolours: £95 and £135 unframed, £140, £165. £195 framed. Penscape prints: single mount £25, double mount £35.

To purchase from the exhibition
Your painting will be reserved upon payment of a 25% deposit (non refundable). The painting can be collected at the end of the exhibition, at the Bell Inn, and thereafter from myself at Walton Pool Cottage, Walton Pool, Clent, when balance of payment will be required, if appropriate.

My work has been exhibited at RBSA, 'Open' Exhibitions, Slapestones Gallery Grasmere and The Clent Crafts Gallery. Penscape drawings have been reviewed and featured in The Birmingham Post, The Westmorland Gazette, Cumbria, The Countryman, This England, Warwickshire Life, Cotswold Life, Lakeland Walker, Select, Solihull Times and 'In Britain', the official tourism guide for Great Britain.
